Eligibility:
Open to all U.S. Active Duty Military, Reserve, National Guard and all Retired and/or Honorably discharged Veterans. Subject to status verification.
Residency:
VSN Pilot program is open to all U.S. Military Veterans; everywhere.

Application Fee:
$40 per startup - All application fees are non-refundable.
Description:
Cohort will include eXcellerator Selection and Evaluation phases.
All applications will be screened for qualification and notified of results.
Available scholarships will be offered to the top ranked candidates.
Scholarships:

Partial scholarships may be made available to other qualified applicants.
