- All VSN Program applicants must first verify their Veteran status and residency
- All applications will be screened to confirm qualification and participants will be selected from amongst all Qualified applicants
- Aside from an application fee, selected startups will receive a FULL Scholarship for cohort participation at NO COST
- A limited number of Partial scholarships will be offered to qualified applicants who do not receive a Full Scholarship.
- Regional programs will consist of one or more cohorts per year
